2000 International DT466E turbo diesel engine, framecut w/ Allison automatic, 190 HP rating, NO ECM INCLUDED, strong running takeout removed from a municipal truck w/ only 110K miles showing when removed. Test ran clean before removal, no smoke or blowby observed during cold test run, 85 PSI oil pressure measured. Engine serial # is in pictures.
