ENGINE RUNS STRONG, GOVERNOR APPEARS TO BE STUCK "ON" IN PUMP, HOLDS 55 PSI OIL PRESSURE AT LOW IDLE AND 80 PSI AT FULL THROTTLE. NO SMOKE OR BLOWBY OBSERVED. RECOMMENDED TO SWAP FUEL PUMP WITH YOUR OLD ONE BEFORE INSTALLATION.
